I’m giving myself more grace to make mistakes. In other words, I'm allowing and accepting myself to be human. This past spring, I hired a coach for my mental health, and this is helping me. I also realize now more than ever that it takes energy to hold on to emotional baggage. I don't have the energy anymore, even if I wanted to carry the baggage. Journaling, walking, and gardening help me release. I'm also reading the Word more often. The Word reminds me that God is my stronghold, and I don't have to hold onto everything by myself.
